A | 近日，一名韩国人涉嫌以非法所得，将购买的金条偷偷运出新加坡，遭到警方逮捕后被控上法庭，罪名包括欺诈与洗钱等。

B | 案情显示，K先生的涉案金额超过15亿新币，比新加坡史上最大洗钱案的10名被告加起来的总和还要高！从2014到2017年间，K先生收到来自韩国的日本超过15亿新元的黑钱。这些黑钱自然不可能用正常的途径汇到新加坡，而是通过海运，谎称进口的是各种货物和工具，神不知鬼不觉地把这些钱“混”进来。把钱弄进来后，K先生把这些黑钱都拿来买金条。2014年末，K先生用这样方式收到了来自韩国，超过3100万新元的赃款，然后用这些钱买了628根金条。购买金条只是第一步，K先生接下来还要把这些金条从新加坡运出去。为了瞒天过海，K先生在安排船运时，欺骗了物流公司，称要把一批气动工具运出新加坡，实际上，里头暗地里藏了约600根金条。在向海关申请批文时，K先生也隐瞒了物品中有金条，从而顺利拿到了出口文件。K先生的第一次“金条偷渡计划”就是这样成功得手，他在2014年到2017年间，通过相同的方式，买了近28000根金条，然后把金条以非法的方式运到韩国和日本。 Moscow, Oct 14 (UNI) The United Nations' Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) called on Friday for renewed support for small-scale farms supplying food to their communities as a way of mitigating global hunger.
"More should be done to assist small-scale farms, which produce more than a third of the world’s food but represent 80 percent of the world’s producers," the agency said in a statement.
The organization said ahead of the World Food Day on Sunday that farmers in rural areas were among the most vulnerable, despite being one of the foundations of the global agri-food system.
"Yet they are too often trapped in cycles of poverty and food insecurity and excluded from opportunities in systems dominated by large producers and retailers," it said.
FAO said that governments should provide equal opportunities for all producers and help smallholders enter new markets. Investment in training, technologies and innovation can go a long way in placing small farms at the center of transformation, it said.
UNI/SPUTNIK GNK。K先生买的都是1公斤重的金条，当时（2014年到2017年）每根金条的的价格，介于4.9万到5.8万新元之间，涉及的总金额超过15亿新元。新加坡30亿洗钱案的10位被告，涉案的资产总和大约是10亿新元，只有K先生的三分之二。躲过初一，躲不过十五所谓上得山多终遇虎，去年12月，K先生向新加坡海关报称要运一批淋浴用品到日本，但被发现里头藏了15根金条。海关马上将此事通报了警方，警方随即将K先生逮捕，在经过了详细调查后，于8月23日将K先生控上法庭。K先生一共面对21条控罪，包括13条欺诈罪，4条洗钱罪以及4条携带超过2万新元未申报罪。在新加坡犯下洗钱罪，最高可判处10年监禁，罚款50万新元或两者兼施；犯下欺诈罪，最高刑罚是入狱3年，罚款或两者兼施；携带超过2万新元入境未向当局申报，可判处不超过3年监禁，罚款不超过5万新元或两者兼施。
