Its first week has ended with over Rs 100 crore worldwide, though Thursday brought a noticeable dip ahead of the clash. Early estimates place day 7 collections at roughly Rs 5.75 crore, taking the domestic total to around Rs 85.50 crore. 原标题：海报丨湖南扎实推进抓党建促乡村振兴这些数据告诉你红网时刻新闻9月13日讯（记者张珍赵冰）9月13日，在省委宣传部召开的湖南党建和组织工作专场新闻发布会上，省委组织部副部长、省委非公有制经济组织和社会组织工作委员会书记陈潇就推进乡村振兴回答记者提问。陈潇介绍，一年来，组织部门扎实推进抓党建促乡村振兴，推动各级领导班子、各级党组织、广大党员干部奋发有为、开拓进取，把党的政治优势、组织优势、密切联系群众优势转化为全面推进乡村振兴的强大动能。陈潇介绍，组织部门强化顶层设计，部署开展铸魂赋能、队伍提质、兴业共富、强基善治、引智聚才、连心到户“六项行动”；压实工作责任，制定市县乡和省直单位等“五张责任清单”，开展市县党政领导班子和领导干部乡村振兴实绩考核、市州委组织部长抓党建促乡村振兴专项述职，形成五级书记抓乡村振兴的工作格局。“以换届为契机，推动乡村干部队伍整体优化提升，乡镇班子成员中熟悉乡村振兴、新型城镇化、基层治理工作的达70%，村党组织书记中的致富能手达40%。”陈潇介绍说，一年来，组织部门扎实开展乡村振兴驻村帮扶工作，从省市县机关选派3.37万名干部组成1.27万支工作队，覆盖所有脱贫村、易地扶贫搬迁安置村（社区）、乡村振兴任务重的村、党组织软弱涣散村。

B | 深入推进村级集体经济“千村示范、万村提升”，出台加快发展壮大村级集体经济21条举措，全省村级集体经济经营性收入村均达到10.8万元，空壳村清零。陈潇表示，下一步，将继续立足职能职责，主动担当作为。

C | 要保持市县乡领导班子成员任期内相对稳定，从省直机关、企事业单位选派100名优秀年轻干部到乡镇挂任党委副书记；完善乡村干部“导师帮带制”，深化拓展乡村振兴培训实效；选树100名乡村振兴担当作为好支书，评选100个基层党建工作优秀实践创新项目；规范村级组织工作事务、机制牌子和证明事项，让基层干部轻装上阵、高效履职。
