一 |     New Delhi, Oct 12 (UNI) Partnership between government and private sector is key in managing any crisis, Union Minister of Women and Child Development Smriti Irani said on Wednesday.

'During the pandemic, the industry stood up and proved to the world by not only manufacturing essential health equipment and vaccines but ensuring saving a number of lives. The fact that we as a country could witness the administration of 200 crore doses in a definite timeline speaks volumes about the capacity of the Indian healthcare industry,” she said while announcing the FICCI Healthcare Excellence Awards 2022.



C K Mishra, Former Secretary, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of India and Jury Chair, FICCI Healthcare Excellence Awards 2022, said there is a need for more investments to be made in the primary sector and the private sector can play a critical role in this.



'As a nation, we need to strive to ensure people don’t fall sick rather than treating the sick patient, he added. “Digitization is one of the strongest enablers of the healthcare system,” Mishra said.



He also emphasized that the Indian healthcare sector needs more public-private partnership in funding the pilot projects.

UNI AKM SHK1830。    为坚决消除各类火灾隐患，防范火灾事故发生，建昌县消防安全委员会日前发布公告，明确要求全县从事生产经营活动的单位（包含个体工商户）开展消防安全隐患自检自查活动。         　　要求各单位要严格落实消防安全主体责任，自觉提高消防安全防范意识，一旦发生火灾要及时拨打火警电话119，按灭火应急预案实施扑救初起火灾、引导人员疏散和自救逃生。单位主要负责人是消防安全第一责任人，要认真履行消防安全职责，建立健全消防安全管理制度，制定灭火应急疏散预案，组织员工开展消防安全培训和应急演练。确保单位消防设施器材完好有效，严禁损坏、挪用或者擅自拆除、停用消防设施、器材，严禁埋压、圈占、遮挡消火栓；设有自动消防设施的单位要按时开展维护保养和检测，确保自动消防设施运行正常，并严格落实消防控制室持证上岗值班制度。严禁违规动火作业，必须严格履行动火审批制度并报备，动火操作人员要持证上岗且落实人员现场看护，并做好现场安全防范措施。严禁在室内停放电动自行车（蓄电池）或充电；严禁私拉乱接电气设备、电线；严禁违规使用大功率电器；严禁将开关、插座敷设在易燃可燃材料上。明敷电缆、电线要穿管保护，照明灯具与可燃物要保持安全距离，采取隔热、散热措施。保障生命通道畅通，严禁将商品、货物、手推车等摆放于安全出口和疏散通道、严禁占用、堵塞安全出口和疏散通；不得在外墙门窗上设置影响人员逃生和灭火救援的防盗网、铁栅栏、广告牌等障碍物。加强消防车道管理，严禁堵塞、占用消防车道和消防车扑救场地。严禁违规储存、销售、使用液化气等易燃易爆物品，严禁违规使用明火。

二 | 严禁在室内设置隔层用作包房、宿舍、库房等使用，禁止人员违规住宿。严禁使用易燃可燃材料进行装修；严禁使用易燃可燃夹芯彩钢板材料搭建临时建构筑物；严禁冷库保温层采用易燃可燃材料。         　　要求各单位在自检自查中发现的隐患问题要建立隐患清单台账，确定整改责任人，制定整改措施、明确整改时限，逐条整改到位；对一时难以整改的，要采取专人死看死守措施，直至隐患整改完毕。若在工作中发现存在未认真履行消防安全主体责任，未及时整改消除隐患问题的，有关部门将依法依规予以严肃处理。
