彻底决裂！乌克兰总统泽连斯基签署法令，乌克兰已经正式退出独联体，泽连斯基此举到底有何目的？乌克兰退出独联体，是不是在为加入北约做准备，是乌克兰正式加入北约前释放出的一个重磅信号？
据有关报道，近日，乌克兰总统泽连斯基发布紧急声明，正式宣布，乌克兰将正式退出独联体国家，相关法令已经签署，这也就意味着，从现在开始，乌克兰已经彻底和独联体国家决裂，不仅是和俄罗斯，乌克兰和其他独联体国家之间的政治、经济、军事、外交等等方面联系也都将不再紧密。
而对于乌克兰到底为何要退出独联体国家，泽连斯基则是表示，这是因为乌克兰的利益无法得到独联体国家的充分保障，所以为了自身主权和发展利益，才决定退出独联体，说白了就是，泽连斯基非常不满俄乌冲突后大多数独联体国家不为乌克兰提供实质性支持，非常失望，所以才最终选择和其他独联体国家“一刀两断”，彻底决裂。 By Mir Afroz Zaman
Dhaka, Oct 21 (UNI) An armed group named 'Kuki-Chin National Front' (KNF) is training some young men who have suddenly disappeared from different parts of Bangladesh in the remote hills bordering India and Myanmar, and a new militant organization is being formed.
Commander Al Moin, director of Rapid Action Battelion (RAB) media wing, presented this information at a press conference Friday.
At the press conference, RAB said recently, an operation was started in the hills to catch the top leaders of the new militant organization 'Jamatul Ansar Fil Hindal Sharqiya'. Recently, in the name of newly so-called Hijrat (emigration or moving from one place to another) due to militancy, the homeless youth took shelter in hilly hideouts for Jamaatul Ansar. In these shelters, the young emigrants are being trained in handling heavy weapons.
Recently, RAB published the list of 55 youths from 19 districts who were driven out of their homes in the name of voluntary migration due to extremism. The full names and addresses of 38 of them were published.
RAB commander Khandaker Al Moin said more than half a hundred militants of the organization are believed to be hiding in the mountains. He also said the operation will continue until they are found completely.
Meanwhile, RAB arrested a total of 10 people, including seven from the new militant organization Jamaatul Ansar Fil Hindal Sharqiya and three from the hill separatist organization, from different areas of Bandarban and Rangamati on Thursday night. During this time, a large amount of arms and ammunition were recovered from them.
A number of militants were arrested by the force.

当然，这仅仅只是泽连斯基自己的说法而已，明眼人都能看出，乌克兰在此时选择退出独联体，明显是在为自己的全面倒向西方送上最后一份“投名状”，只有彻底和独联体断了关系，乌克兰才能够获得美西方的完全信任，甚至现在有观点认为，乌克兰此举，其实就是在为了自己加入北约做铺垫和准备。
要知道，对于乌克兰来说，现在的形势已经恶化到了无法挽回的地步了，一方面，现在俄乌前线战场的局势越来越危险，特别是俄军近期集结数万大军对乌克兰第二大城市哈尔科夫发起的猛攻，乌军未来很可能将丢失这样一座重要城市，这对于本来就已经是强弩之末的乌方来说，无疑又将是雪上加霜，甚至有可能引发乌克兰北部战线的大崩溃，极大加速这场俄乌战争的进程。
另一方面，乌克兰内部现在也是危机不断，前段时间经历了一场暗杀危机的泽连斯基，现在已经是严重不信任现在的乌克兰政府官员了，正在进行一场“大清洗”，已经有不少乌克兰高官因此下台，可以预见的是，接下来乌克兰政府内部一场激烈的内讧和内斗，才刚刚开始，乌克兰政局在未来很长时间，都将陷入内耗和动荡的状态之中。

所以总结来看，以乌方现在内忧外患的局面，是根本没有办法和俄罗斯抗衡，更不要说扭转局势，打败俄军了，在这样的情况下，泽连斯基的唯一胜利希望，其实也就只剩下带着乌克兰加入北约，进而让北约直接出兵乌克兰战场，这样一来，乌克兰有可能反败为胜。
所以这一次，泽连斯基签署法令退出独联体，确实很有可能是在向表忠心，同时也是在为乌克兰加入北约做铺垫和准备，毕竟若是乌克兰还继续待在独联体这样一个组织，确实是不太可能成功加入北约的。

但不得不说，泽连斯基现在还在做着加入北约的美梦，着实是有些太不切实际了，恐怕最终的结果，只能是白高兴一场。要知道，现在的北约内部，自己都还是一团乱麻，诸如法国等欧洲大国，都已经开始打出独立自主的旗号，不再愿意成为美国挑动欧洲乱局的炮灰，这些国家自然更不可能允许乌克兰加入北约，进而将整个北约都拖入战争泥潭了。
而俄罗斯这边，也是早就对北约发出了空前警告，表示一旦北约正式介入俄乌冲突，那就是对俄罗斯开战，俄罗斯将采取一切手段来进行反击，甚至不排除使用核武器。
在这样的情况下，北约实际根本没有这个胆量和实力承受乌克兰加入北约后的严重后果，所以无论泽连斯基如何献殷勤，最多也只能获得北约的口头许诺和支持，最终是根本没有任何可能真的加入北约的。
