一 |     ▲김제시 지평선국민체육센터 수영장 9월 1일 개관 앞두고 운영체계 전면 개편ⓒ김제시전북자치도 김제시가 오는 9월 1일 지평선국민체육센터 수영장 정식 개관을 앞두고 안전하고 쾌적한 이용 환경 조성을 위해 운영시간 셔틀버스 개인사물함 등 운영체계를 전면 개편한다. 우선 수영장 운영의 안정성과 체계적인 관리를 위해 평일과 토요일 개장 시간이 기존 오전 5시 30분에서 오전 6시로 변경된다(일요일 운영시간은 동일). 또한 수질 점검과 환경정비를 위해 매일 낮 12시부터 오후 1시까지를 휴게 및 시설정비 시간으로 지정해 운영을 일시 중단한다. 수영장 이용권은 일일권과 월권으로 한정된다. 자유수영 시간의 안전사고 예방을 위한 조치도 확대된다. 부상 위험이 있는 다이빙스타트는 전면 금지되며 안전요원 배치 및 이용수칙 안내가 강화된다. 또한 정비시간 도입에 따라 셔틀버스 운행 시간표도 일부 조정된다. 기존 오전 11시 운행은 종료되며 오후 2시 시간대 운행이 새로 편성된다. 상세 노선 및 시간은 추후 별도로 안내될 예정이다. 개인사물함은 공정한 이용 기회를 제공하기 위해 운영 기준을 새롭게 마련했다. 월권회원을 대상으로 추첨을 통해 매월 재배정하며 이용료는 월 3000원이다. 정식 개관 준비를 위해 현 수영장은 오는 31일 하루 동안 임시 휴관한다. 정성주 김제시장은 “시설 이전과 함께 시민이 직접 체감하는 이용 방식을 다각도로 개선했다”며 “사전 안내를 적극 추진해 시민 불편을 최소화하고 누구나 안심하고 찾을 수 있는 공간으로 만들어 가겠다”고 밝혔다.기타 자세한 사항은 김제시 체육진흥과를 통해 확인할 수 있다.。

二 |     Aditya Dhar's Dhurandhar, starring Ranveer Singh, Akshaye Khanna, among others, is soaring at the box office. The film has earned praise from movie lovers not just for the narrative and performances but also for the striking visuals. The cinematography, led by DoP Vikash Nowlakha, is the film’s spine.     Talking about the same, Nowlakha shared, "I’ve waited my entire life for a film that allowed this texture … and with this one Aditya truly let me off the leash and for this I’m grateful! The stakes were high, and the clock was always ticking, but this one in particular had a tremendous amount of material to cover. We shot the equivalent of four movies in the time and budget allotted for one. Often, in the most chaotic of situations, if it could break, it broke...mayhem was the mainstay, and that became a language."               He continued, "But then again, 'calm seas have never made a good sailor'. The world of the film should feel like it is watching you back." One of the striking choices is the film’s commitment to shadow as narrative. Instead of treating darkness as an aesthetic flourish, Dhurandhar uses it as subtext. Narrow corridors, dim Karachi safehouses, cramped rooms with a single practical light source make up the crux of the visuals.     The action sequences of Dhurandhar are shot with a restrained, anti-glamour approach. Nowlakha added, "Hats off to Aditya - he was threading a needle while riding a bull."          Dhurandhar is set against the backdrop of the IC-814 hijacking in 1999 and the 2001 Indian Parliament attack. The film follows Ajay Sanyal, the Intelligence Bureau Chief, as he assigns Hamza (Ranveer Singh) a high-risk mission to dismantle a terrorist group operating across the border.
